Mr Clyde Lok

(CA(SA)) - Chairperson of the Board

Clyde David Lok, the Non-Executive Chairman of INNRESDES (Pty) Ltd, brings over five decades of entrepreneurial and executive leadership experience across the mining, manufacturing, and export sectors, to bolster the CEO’s vision.

Clyde qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1972 (although never practising as such) and was appointed as Group Secretary of Vickers Southern Africa. Clyde after a spell at Vickers left the corporate world for business, (founding and leading several companies), with a focus on industrial innovation and strategic growth.

His notable ventures include the acquisition and transformation of Debex Rubber Linings into Specialised Rubber Products and Dunlop Industrial Products with local board representation for the German-based Rema Tip Top Group. The Specialised Rubber and Dunlop interests were disposed of to Rema. Currently Clyde oversees Specialised Belting Products (Pty) Ltd, now an investment holding company with interests in Listed equities, property and renewable energy, including the Montrose Mega City development and solar energy SPVs. His legacy of strategic foresight and value creation will assist INNRESDES in delivering sustainable solutions to complex challenges.

Mr Jose Duarte da Silva

Jose Duarte da Silva is a visionary business leader and seasoned financial executive with over 40 years of experience in corporate finance, industrial operations, and strategic leadership.

he has successfully built and scaled a chemical distribution business from the ground up, establishing key supplier alliances and driving sustainable growth.

His career includes pivotal leadership roles such as Chief Financial Officer at Plastomark and Managing Director at Ultrapolymers and CH Chemicals, where he led financial transformation, operational optimization, and strategic expansion. A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)), Jose began his career at Price Waterhouse, where he completed his articles and rose to Audit Manager.

Jose is known for his ability to navigate complex markets, foster high-performance cultures, and deliver long-term stakeholder value. His leadership is grounded in integrity, innovation, and a deep commitment to sustainable business practices—values that align seamlessly with INNRESDES’s mission to deliver strategic and sustainable solutions to complex problems.

Mr Gert Wentzel

Pr Eng B.Ing (Civil)

Gert Wentzel is a seasoned civil engineer and project management professional with over 33 years of experience in infrastructure development across South Africa and the African continent.

As Technical Principal for Urban Development at SMEC South Africa, Gert has led multidisciplinary teams in the planning, design, and implementation of township services, industrial infrastructure, and sustainable developments. His expertise spans civil engineering, project and quality management, and the integration of LEED-certified green building principles. Gert has successfully delivered complex projects in Angola, Ghana, Zambia, Mozambique, and South Africa, including smart city feasibility studies, water network modeling, and large-scale commercial and residential developments. A registered Professional Engineer and Construction Project Manager, Gert brings a solutions-driven, systems-oriented approach that aligns with INNRESDES’s commitment to innovation, resilience, and inclusive growth.

Ms Bianca Griesel

B.Com in Business Management

Bianca Griesel is a strategic business leader and entrepreneur with a strong track record in hospitality and property development.

After earning her B.Com in Business Management from the University of Pretoria, she returned to Nelspruit to lead and expand her family business, Nelspruit Lodge—growing it from a 53-room facility into an 82-room hotel with a full-service restaurant. Bianca has also spearheaded residential property developments in premier estates across Mbombela. Known for her behind-the-scenes leadership, operational precision, and unwavering integrity, she thrives on solving complex business challenges and driving sustainable growth. Her passion for excellence and reputation for reliability make her a valuable contributor to INNRESDES’s mission of delivering strategic and sustainable solutions to complex problems.

Ms Siphokazi Mmari

Siphokazi Mmari is a dynamic businesswoman and strategist with over a decade of experience in the pharmaceutical and wellness industries. With a background in biomedical sciences and a strong foundation in strategic and digital marketing, 

she has held senior brand management roles at Pfizer and Novartis, where she led regional strategies, stakeholder engagement, and product lifecycle management. As the founder of Herspace Wellness, she has successfully merged entrepreneurship with social impact—creating wellness solutions in travel and corporate spaces while driving skills development and job creation for young South Africans. Siphokazi’s career reflects a commitment to innovation, empowerment, and sustainable growth—values that align seamlessly with INNRESDES’s mission to deliver strategic and sustainable solutions to complex problems.

Mr Melvin Moorgas

Melvin Moorgas is a seasoned banking and strategic management professional with over 20 years of experience across private banking, property finance, and business consulting. 

Currently serving in a senior role at Standard Bank Private Bank, Melvin has built a career on cultivating high-value client relationships, structuring complex financial solutions, and driving business development across sectors. His entrepreneurial ventures include consulting on infrastructure and renewable energy projects, including solar and hybrid power solutions, as well as IT initiatives leveraging AI and machine learning. With a strong foundation in financial markets, risk management, and client experience, Melvin brings a forward-thinking, solutions-driven approach that aligns with INNRESDES’s commitment to innovation, resilience, and stakeholder value creation.

Mr Andre Visser

M (LLM) - Deputy Chairperson of the Board

André Visser is a seasoned legal strategist and corporate advisor, currently serving as Managing Director of AVAdvisory and a Board Member of INNRESDES.

With over two decades of experience at the helm of leading global law firms—including Deneys Reitz (now Norton Rose), Adams & Adams, and DLA Piper—André has built a distinguished career advising on mergers and acquisitions, cross-border investments, corporate structuring, and commercial law across Africa and beyond. His new venture, AVAdvisory, reflects a shift toward delivering high-impact legal and strategic counsel in a focused, cost-effective, and no-nonsense manner, drawing on his deep expertise without the overhead of large firm infrastructure.

André’s approach is rooted in integrity, innovation, and practical problem-solving—values that align seamlessly with INNRESDES’s mission to deliver strategic and sustainable solutions to complex problems. Mark Rippon is a seasoned civil engineering executive with over 30 years of experience in infrastructure development, construction management, and strategic leadership. 

With a Qualification in Civil Engineering and a career spanning leading firms such as WBHO, Esorfranki, and M-Tech Construction, Mark has held multiple Managing Director roles, overseeing large-scale civil engineering projects across South Africa and the region. His portfolio includes national highways, water infrastructure, mining developments, and power station works, with project values reaching into the billions. Mark is known for his ability to lead high-performance teams, implement cost-effective strategies, and drive operational excellence. His leadership style is grounded in quality management, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable growth—principles that align seamlessly with INNRESDES’s commitment to innovation, resilience, and value creation across its ecosystem
